HOW EARLY CAN I SETUP?
Setup time starts at 4pm. Setup time is between 4:00pm-5:30pm. If you arrive after 5:30 for any reason you will be transferred to the next vending opportunity. Vendors must stay until 10pm. Once you arrive at the Buffalo Soldiers Museum please come in and sign in before you begin unloading.
HOW ARE VENDORS PLACED?
Our market is first come first serve. A BLCK Market member will have a sign-in sheet. Promptly at 4pm, vendors will be placed in the order of the sign-in sheet. Vendors are allowed to come inside the museum through the BLCK Market main entrance to start a line for sign in. Please leave you merchandise in your car during sign in.
WILL TABLES BE PROVIDED?
No. You are required to bring your own 6 foot table to vend. If you would like to to rent a table… tables are not available to rent.
WILL CHAIRS BE PROVIDED?
Yes. Two chairs will be provided for each vendor.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Please park in the Buffalo Soldier National Museum parking lot or the Houston Community College parking lot. Do not park in the police parking lot.
